3) Age Requirements:
Maximum rental age is 70 years.
Minimum age of driver is 25 years old for all car groups.
Drivers (age 23-25) surcharge – EUR 4.00 per day.
Drivers (age 70-79) surcharge -- EUR 4.00 per day.
The extra cost of the driver's age is not included in the online rental cost and must be paid upon collection.
4) Cross Border Policy:
Cross Bordering is not allowed.
5.) License Requirement:
The Driver has to have a valid driving license for at least 3 years and with no major endorsements.
6) One Way Rentals:
One-way rentals are allowed.

8) Fuel Policy:
Our Standard fuel policy is: Collect Full Return Empty. All vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel.
The cost of fuel is charged at the same rate as in petrol stations across the island. Fuel is not included in the car rental cost and must be paid on top of the rental cost. Please note that the cost for any unused fuel in not refundable.
However, we are flexible on Fuel policy. We can deliver the cars with 1/2, 1/3, or 1/4 as per client's request

10) Insurances & Waivers:
All passengers are personally covered by the CYPRUS HIRE RISK POOL
The insurance does not cover the clients driving on the North side of Cyprus (Turkish Area) and off-roads (dirt roads)
11) Cancellation policy:
Our policy regarding cancellations is that they must be made by e-mail/by telephone. Your written cancellation request must be received within a minimum of 48 hours' notice in advance of the start date of the rental.
Cancellation fees: 30% of the Total Price.
12) Car Selected: Cars are booked by group not a specific model and are subject to availability.
13) Delivery / Collection

14) Airport surcharge:

15) Flight Information:
If booking a car for collection at an airport location please ensure that you provide a flight number for your arrival. If you do not provide a flight number and you are late then it is possible your booking may be canceled.

17) Accidents / Roadside assistance:
24/7 Assistance is available for you. Our emergency center will receive your call and 24/7 reachable agent will be immediately focusing on you trying to help you in our best way.

19) Other fees and taxes:
Lost Of Key - Loss of car keys - The client must pay the cost of the replacement key.
Wrong fuel -Wrong fuel - If the client used the wrong fuel when filling the car, a charge of EUR 80.00 applies, (or will be charged to the client for the FULL AMOUNT OF THE REPAIR COST).
Tyre Replace: Clients are responsible for replacing the car tire with the spare tire in case of puncture.
19.1) Parking and speeding fines: (credit or debit card required for 250 GBP)
Parking and speeding fines – The client pays the FULL AMOUNT OF THE TICKET BILL either to our company or to the police station.
19.2) Condition of vehicle interior.
Damages like cigarette burn on the seats or if the vehicle is returned in an unacceptable state, and the interior of the vehicle is unacceptably dirty the client pays the FULL AMOUNT OF THE REPAIR COST.
